The experts of Biochemistry and immunology division provide qualitative and quantitative evaluation of body fluids such as blood, serum or plasma, urine, or tissues for specific process. Physicians use these test results to screen for, diagnose or monitor disease. The results from this department use in evaluation of factors causing disease, generic variations, nutritional status etc. 

The test results released by Hematology department are use  diagnosing anemia, certain cancers of the blood, inflammatory diseases, bleeding and clotting disorders. Hematology generally includes complete blood count, blood differential, smear morphology and bone marrow staining.

Our microbiology department is specialized into maintaining, examination and identification of  bacteria, fungi, yeasts, etc.  The microbiology laboratory has a crucial role in effective infection prevention and control (IPC). The medical report provided by this department helps in identification of an infective microbe present in a patient which is helpful in investigating its source and mode of transmission.

Initial laboratory studies in patients suspected of having metabolic syndrome should include standard chemistries to assess for hyperglycemia and renal dysfunction and lipid studies to assess for hypertriglyceridemia or low HDL levels.

Cytopathology involves the examination of individual cells extracted from tissues to determine the root cause and type of disease. It helps to understand the abnormalities in the cells. 

Diagnosis and studies of tissue diseases under the microscope are the part of histopathology division. The physicians from this department are responsible for making tissue diagnoses and helping clinicians manage a patient's care.

Molecular Biology division is specialized into analysis of diseases at the molecular level which can be found in organs, tissues and body fluids. The study offers a high level of reliability and accuracy and use to detect microorganisms, genetic mutations associated with certain infectious diseases and cancers, perform paternity tests, and much more.
